Step 1: hand sketch
The process starts with a brainstorming secession where we will share our ideas.
Step 2: cad image
Our CAD artisan will create a 3D model and computer rendering. This computer rendered image will give you a realistic view of your design.
Step 3: rendering
With these images we will sit together and show you exactly what we are going to make for you. This is the stage of the design process where we make any changes if necessary. We can create a full size wax model of your design for you to review and approve design.
Step 4: casting and finishing
With the wax model of your design we create the piece using a computerized casting process. The metal is hand polished and finished and stones are hand set by a skilled setter.
